EP 09 FOLLOWING THE NATURAL RHYTHMS OF WHO WE ARE | JENNY LETHBRIDGE

I feel. like a late bloomer! I’ve heard the buzz around Human Design for the last few years, but it was
only when it was mentioned three times in one day back in October, 2023, that I knew it was my
time to dive in!

My dear friend mentioned Jenny Lethbridge was the wise women to speak to on all things Human
Design, so after one conversation, my whole world shifted!
Jenny is not just a master teacher on Human Design, amongst other amazing gifts, she also breaks
it down so simply as it can be very overwhelming to put all of the pieces together.
And in that, I feel like the pieces of the puzzle to my whole life made more sense after our
transformational session together!

Jenny and I talk all things Human Design, the importance of following our own rhythms of who we
are, and her guidance can support us in saying no to things we are not meant to be doing so we can
open a space for the goodness that is not only our birthright, but our North Star!
