About Kirsten:
As a Transformation Life and Grief Coach, Kirsten uses the only evidence-
based grief support program currently available in the world to help her
clients discover and complete what is emotionally incomplete for them from
a loss of any kind.
Kirsten’s desire to help people began with career in law enforcement for 17
Years.
Her passion for health and fitness led to the completion of the Natural
Nutrition course of study through CSNN where she received the Award of
Excellence, and a highly rewarding eight-year Personal Training career with
Goodlife Fitness.
Her personal evolution continued with attaining Reiki Level I, II, and Master levels and her Coaching
Certification through the
Canadian Coaches Federation.
As an Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist, Kirsten is passionate to
share the education and tools so that more people can e7ectively move through their own unique
loss and grief in a caring and supportive way.
She wholeheartedly believes we are meant to live our lives FULLY expressed and emotionally free.
