This week you can finally meet ‘The Unicorn’ I am always talking about! Bernardo Juarez a.k.a
The Unicorn is sitting in the BE KIND chair in the Lucy Smiles Living Room coming up this
Thursday!
Bernardo has taught me what it means to truly look inside, and slow down enough to listen to the
messages of my own beating Heart.
He shares his health journey, and his ability to find his own true essence even through the fear of
rejection.
This is a must watch, as we move into a magical and unlimited new year and allow ourselves to
open up our own Hearts to the possibilities that are meant for us to experience.

About Bernardo:
Bernardo is an Artist, Dancer, Professional Animator, Brand Designer/ Creator, as well as a
Certified Yoga Instructor.
Born in Mexico City, Bernardo has found his home In Mazatlán, with his Partner. Alfonso, and
their 2 rescue four legged children, dogs Luna, and Lola.
Within his Yin Yoga teachings, Bernardo focuses on the Five Organs Network in Chinese
Medicine.
Helping people to reach a better health and to really know and understand the way their body
works. In his workshops he focuses on emotions, guiding his students not only to understand but
to manage what they feel.
With this, Bernardo provides a 5 Part Series locally, in Mazatlán, Mexico, in numerous locations,
and will be launching his online Series, both on YouTube and private Zoom workshops.
